Ppvi4 Terms and Conditions — Know your rights

Ppvi4 (referred to herein as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ppvi4 and its users ("you" or "Member").

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Ppvi4 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using its gaming services. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

• Ppvi4 may request a government-issued ID to verify your age at any time.
• A national ID card, passport, or birth certificate will be accepted as valid identification documents.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while age verification is in progress.
• If an account is found to belong to a minor, all associated transactions will be voided.

Ppvi4 supports Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking services for deposits — Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Use of a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; if there is an issue, please contact support.
• Ppvi4 reserves the right to carry out payment verification where necessary.

In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, all transactions are subject to monitoring. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawing your winnings on ppvi4 is quick and easy. Funds typically reach your mobile banking account within 3 to 10 minutes. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be delayed for review.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 30x the deposit plus bonus amount.

• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Ppvi4 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse or fraud will result in the bonus being confiscated.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

• You may access your account from multiple devices simultaneously; however, placing multiple bets on the same game at the same time is not permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvi4 platform. If any of these are found to have occurred, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited:

• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to influence the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Rude, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards ppvi4 staff or employees.

Ppvi4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, including violations of these Terms and Conditions.

• Contact support to voluntarily close your account.
• Any valid remaining balance may be withdrawn prior to account closure.
• Balances in accounts closed due to fraud will not be refunded.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period (more than 12 months).
